You will be picked up from your hotel with private car by your guide. El-Gouna is located about 22 kilometers north of Hurghada directly on the Red Sea. El Gouna (The Lagoon) was built by the Egyptian entrepreneur Samih Sawiris in April 1989 as a holiday area. El-Gouna was built in a mixture of traditional Nubian style and modern architecture, mainly using local materials such as clay and natural stone. El-Gouna has a small private small airport for private or charter planes.
When you arrive in El-Gouna you board a typical shuttle boat and enjoy a lagoon ride, past the beautiful villas of the rich, including houses of German athletes and singers (let yourself be surprised by what your guide has to tell). Learn about the founder family Sawiris and the history of El-Gouna during the lagoon cruise.
Finally, we stroll through the Abu Tig Marina. It offers 120 berths for boats and yachts. Enjoy the flair of the marina and be enchanted by El-Gouna.
Then we drive her back to her hotel in Hurghada.

Ein wunderbarer Ausflug in El Gouna mit Lagunenfahrt.
Wir fuhren vom Hotel direkt über die Autobahn in dieses wunderschöne ” Städtchen” und dort direkt zum Aussichtsturm. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend und man kann von oben soo viel erkennen. Der erfahrene Guide von Erlebnisreisen Ägypten uns die verschiedenen Gebäude. Ein Mann der sich bestens auskennt und der seinen Job mega liebt.
Wir fuhren zur Anlegestelle wo ein Boot auf uns wartete, mit dem wir durch die Lagunen fuhren. Vorbei an den tollen Hotels und den wunderschönen Häusern. Die Yachten im Hafen von El Gouna, wow, irre. Sehr beeindruckend. Beim kleinen Abstecher ins freie Meer konnten wir junge Adler beobachten und schon ging es durch eine der Lagunen zurück.
Nach einer kurzen Rast bei Tee, Kaffee und Kaltgetränken fuhren wir durch die Hafenpromenade und dann zurück zum Hotel.
